Hauke Mehrtens 8d69613125 armsr: Fix kmod-fsl-dpaa2-net build ...

The build failed because the CONFIG_FSL_DPAA2_ETH_DCB option was not
set. Activate this option to build the driver with DCB support when it
is available.
