WNDR3700's U-Boot loads the kernel from a squashfs image, and it does
not support squashfs 4.0.

Makefile

Add a target (CONFIG_MAKE_CONFIG) that creates an exportable toolchain. The toolchain will zipped and saved under $(TOPDIR)/bin directory.
