Stijn Tintel f3ffb04a43 kernel: add missing symbol ...

Enabling KERNEL_KPROBES exposes KERNEL_BPF_KPROBE_OVERRIDE. Add a build
option for it to fix build failures with KERNEL_KPROBES enabled.
