Florian Fainelli e7ec2d7399 kernel: add KERNEL_DEBUG_VIRTUAL ...

This option allows turning on CONFIG_DEBUG_VIRTUAL which is useful to
debug incorrect uses of the virtual to physical and physical to virtual
translations functions.
