Mathias Kresin d3f3b817ac lantiq: xrx200: cleanup kernel config ...

CONFIG_MTSCHED & CONFIG_PERFCTRS were never defined in the kernel.

CONFIG_LANTIQ_PHY was replaced by CONFIG_INTEL_XWAY_PHY with the switch
to the upstreamed driver.

Add autoselected dependecies to the kernel config.
