Rosen Penev 19be55aa37 toolchain/wrapper: replace legacy backticks with $() 
This replaces deprecated backticks by more versatile $(...) syntax.

Found with shellcheck.

This is the OpenWrt SDK. It contains just the toolchain created
by buildroot.
