Eneas U de Queiroz 1e30a6bca9 target/toolchain/files/wrapper.sh: simplify 'case' ...

Removed an eglibc remnant, and while at it, grouped all of the
TOOLCHAIN_PLATFORMs using the same FLAGS together.
