This driver was moved to staging in kernel 6.1 and then removed in kernel 6.3, see these commits: https://git.kernel.org/linus/be8cebc46d9d38166a1b3fda22a018ae52b0928e https://git.kernel.org/linus/9ea8a9c72a9b4d24e6045ee25f5e465dc22f9f55 Build it only on older kernel versions.
