Rosen Penev 96c7164acd restool: update to LSDK-20.12 
Fixes compilation with both GCC 10 and 11.

Switched to AUTORELEASE for simplicity.

Removed PKG_VERSION as it's derived from PKG_SOURCE_VERSION.

Removed all patches as they are upstream backports.
