Christian Buschau 084c20f6c5 lantiq: xway: kernel: enable SMP support ...

Enabled CONFIG_MIPS_MT_SMP and CONFIG_SCHED_SMT.

Tested on FRITZ!Box 7330 SL, 7312 and o2 Box 4421.
