Hauke Mehrtens 12374d88b9 Revert "kernel: bump 6.12 to 6.12.67" ...

This reverts commit 53a525f346.

Linux 6.12.67 broke ipip6 tunnel (DS-Lite) and MAP-E.

Revert this Linux kernel bump till the problem is fixed.
