Tomasz Maciej Nowak 676a11d710 kernel: enable CONFIG_PCMCIA_LOAD_CIS 
Allow to load .cis firmware updates from userspace. Some of PCMCIA cards
need to update Card Information Structure (CIS) to work properly.
