Konstantin Demin 5dc7d63d0a netsupport: move out mqprio from kmod-sched ...

Currently, there's unable to install "kmod-sched-mqprio" after
"kmod-sched" (or vice versa), because "sch_mqprio.ko" is
shipped in both packages.
