Daniel Golle 1923669413 policycoreutils: 'restorecon' is a 'setfiles' applet 
Instead of duplicating the '/sbin/setfiles' binary, have
'/sbin/restorecon' as yet another alias for
'/sbin/policycoreutils-setfiles'.
