Nicolò Veronese 3f96743459 ath79: fix UBNT Aircube AC gpios ...

GPIOs on the Aircube AC are wrong:
 - Reset GPIO moved from 17 to 12
 - PoE Pass Through GPIO for Aircube AC is 3
