Thibaut VARÈNE 344ecf433a ipq40xx: mikrotik: make RouterBoot partition writeable ...

Linux MTD requires the parent partition be writable for a child
partition to be allowed write permission.
In order for soft_config to be writeable (and modifiable via sysfs),
the parent RouterBoot partition must be writeable
