Yousong Zhou 289fbc5102 iptables: add iptables-mod-socket ...

Previously libxt_socket.so was included in iptables-mod-tproxy.  It was
missed out when trying to make kmod-ipt-socket and kmod-ipt-tproxy
separate packages
