Kevin Darbyshire-Bryant 1d608a10a0 kernel: act_ctinfo: update backport ... Since the original backports from kernel 5.3 a few things have been tweaked by kernel bumps & other upstream changes. Update the backport to reflect upstream as closely as possible and remove the bitrot. Functions remain the same, error reporting improved.
