kernel: bump 6.6 to 6.6.33 and adjust subarches
...
This commit accomplishes three goals:
1. bump 6.6 to 6.6.33
2. kernel: modules: video: change package definition for fb for
upstream changes[1]
3. kernel/multiple subtargets: add CONFIG_FB_IOMEM_FOPS=y to all
subtargets which also set CONFIG_FB_CORE=y.

generic: v6.6: update fitblk driver to work with Linux 6.6

Update fitblk driver which has previously been backported to Linux 6.1
so it can build and work with Linux 6.6.
