16d107d5f9 dl_cleanup: Utility to delete all but the very last version of the tarballs in the download directory. The tool does currently have a few false positives (probably below 1%), but this is harmless, because buildroot will just redownload them.

7581681466 powerpc: Create a powerpc64 config feature 
The config symbol TARGET_ps3 is used in the build files where
special handling for the 64 bit PowerPC processors is needed.
Introduce a new config feature powerpc64, and replace the use
of TARGET_ps3 with powerpc64.

a77f3b6656 If a package is part of a virtual dependency and also listed as a normal dependency ensure that the dependency is always unconditional. Such a case happens if for example a package has a build dependency and the build dependency provides a virtual install dependency of the package.

067a1fe3b6 scripts/feeds calls 'make' irrespective of the platform it is running on. The attached patch changes the code to use gmake if available (which should cover non-linux platforms, and is the same logic used to adapt other programs in include/host.mk) (#3867)

e7d27627fd the attached patch adds the -a option to the feeds install command. Therefore following command option should work now 
./scripts/feeds install -a
./scripts/feeds install -a -p xwrt

To-do:
- The next step should be to replace the current make package/symlinks implementation with ./scripts/feeds install -a .
  ( the locations of the packages within ./packages are different with both methods )
- The current feed script is not able to handle "Provides" statements properly. The dependencies will be installed only if they are real package names and not aliases (provides) .

Note:
This patch also includes the previous patch reg. directory (ClearCase) support from 30.12.07.

56231056ea strip the kernel version suffix from target directories, except for brcm-2.4 (the -2.4 will be included in the board name here). CONFIG_LINUX_<ver>_<board> becomes CONFIG_TARGET_<board>, same for profiles.

2c62bddcfe Add an 'Image Configuration' menu to menuconfig Packages can export a list of config options with labels and data types through the metadata. The selected config values will be exported to the target filesystem in /etc/uci-defaults and applied on the first boot.

218aad6e2f Menuconfig will not treat 'select FOO' as a real dependency thus if BAR depends on FOO and FOO depends on other config options, these dependencies will not be checked. To fix this, we simply emit all of FOO's depends (only real dependencies, no select) for BAR as well.

0e3a29c270 Fix the annoying base-files autorebuild bug. When checking file mtimes in directories, timestamp.pl was following symlinks. This broke on base-files, because there are symlinks to /tmp and to /proc/mounts in the build directory.
