packages: remove dependencies for kernel 6.6 and 6.12
...
Once kernel 6.6 support ends, its dependencies will become redundant.
Remove them and keep only those for kernel 6.12.

Since we have the 'GPIO support' menu, it is strange to look up
gpio related modules in 'Other modules' menu. So move these
modules and put them in the gpio menu.
